Ekula is a London-based producer, DJ, radio-host and educator pushing multi-genre soundsystem pressure from 130-170BPM. Under this alias and as half of the critically-acclaimed dubstep duo, Six Sunsets, Ekula has performed for major brands including Fabriclondon, Outlook Festival, Boomtown Fair, Bangface Weekender and Rinse FM alongside having completed a 6-date US tour in 2019. 

Ekula’s productions have been increasingly well-received over the past two years, with tracks featuring on major platforms such as Radio 1 (Toddla T Show), BBC Radio 1Xtra (Emerald / Sian Anderson), BBC 6 Music Recommends (Mary Anne Hobbs), Rinse FM (N-Type show / Emerald / Keysound / Swamp 81 Show / Eliza Rose Show / Marcus Nasty Show) alongside a huge range of underground stations worldwide. On top of this, Ekula has received endorsement via remix opportunities from names such as Benny Ill, Benton and Mandidextrous, whilst receiving glowing reviews in Mixmag, Polymerzine and other respected opinion-bases. 

Ekula runs a 2K-strong online community called All Colours, which dedicates itself towards filling the gaps between UKG, Breaks, Hardcore and Dubstep - All Colours currently operates as a monthly Threads Radio residency, whilst Ekula continues to hold down a monthly Six Sunsets show on Sub FM.
