Devon born, with Bristol as her second home, Mia Temple has UK bass culture running through her blood. Her DJ style is a collection of deep, dark, intricate but stomping Dubstep and 140, that will have sound system lovers pulling bass faces from the first drop. 

Better known for her vocals under the alias ‘Adjua’ the artist released her first solo album ‘O.L.V’ June 2019 and until 2020 co-fronted Backbeat Soundsystem, described by Sir David Rodigan as some of Britain’s best reggae. 

Mia has been smashing up stages at major festivals across the UK and Europe, while recording with producers including leading Jungle label Born On Road’s 'Gold Dubs', but now she’s moved behind the decks to bring us music that’s at her core. With a passion for writing and sound design, production is definitely in the pipeline for Mia and judging by her heavy weight selections, some gnarly creations are on the horizon.
